1. Return Window
Most products are suitable to be returned in 14 days after the date of delivery. The return period starts on the day your purchase is declared delivered by the shipping provider.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a tax refund to be eligible for a return, the following conditions have to be met:
- The item should be in its original condition, unopened and unworn. It must also be in its original condition.
- The original labels, tags, and packaging should remain intact.
- An order number that is valid as well as proof of purchase has to be presented
- We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing an order. If an incorrect size is selected by the customer, the item may not be eligible for return or exchange
Products that don't conform to these guidelines could be refused or returned back to buyer without refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return

When you contact someone, be sure to include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The motivation behind the return
After your request has been assessed and deemed acceptable, we'll provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item and the official return address.
Note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded or accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning a product for reasons of personal preference size issues, personal preference, or changes of mind, the return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- In the event that the item is returned the result of an error made by us, such as a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will pay for cost of returning the item after the issue has been resolved.
Return shipping costs aren't refundable except as stipulated by law.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected the item returned:
- Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are given to the payment method that was used at checkout.
It is recommended to allow extra time for your bank or provider to show the refunded amount into your account.
6. Exchanges
If you'd prefer change an item another size or color, or even a alternative:
- The exchanges will be subject to availability of the product
- Shipping charges for exchanges could be charged unless the exchange was caused by an error or defect on our part.
If an exchange isn't offered, a refund could be given in lieu.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective or in error, please inform us within within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us solve the issue fast, be sure to provide the following information:
- Photos or video proof of the problem
- Your order number
After reviewing, we'll send further instructions for the return, replacement, or a refund, if necessary.
