Every Traditional Trachten order is handled with the same attention to detail we put into the garments themselves. From the moment you check out to the moment your Lederhosen, Dirndl, or Trachten Jacket arrives, here's exactly what happens behind the scenes — and what you can expect at every stage.
Our 8-Step Order Process
1. Browse & Select
Explore our collections of Lederhosen, Bundhosen, Lederhosen Pant, Lederhosen Skirt, Dirndl Dresses, Trachten Jackets, Trachten Vest, and Trachten Shirt for men and women. Use our size guide on each product page to choose your fit with confidence, then check out securely through our encrypted Shopify checkout.
2. Instant Order Confirmation
As soon as payment is approved, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number, itemized purchase summary, and shipping address on file. Keep this email — it's your reference point for every step that follows.
3. Order Verification
Before anything moves to production, our team manually verifies product availability, size selection, shipping details, and payment status. This extra checkpoint is why sizing errors and address mistakes are caught early — before they become shipping problems.
4. Craftsmanship & Quality Inspection
Each piece is inspected against our quality standards: stitching integrity, embroidery detail, leather, velvet, cotton, satin, or wool condition, hardware finish, and sizing accuracy. Nothing leaves our facility that doesn't meet the standard we'd expect for our own wardrobe.
5. Packing & Dispatch
Once approved, your order is carefully packed to protect leather, embroidery, and fabric during transit. Orders are processed within 4–7 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
The moment your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
7. In Transit
Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, for both U.S. and international destinations. Total time from order to delivery is generally 9–15 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier handling.
8. Delivery & Inspection
Once your order arrives, we recommend trying it on right away. If anything doesn't fit as expected, or you notice a quality issue, our support team is ready to help with sizing exchanges or resolutions — no back-and-forth runaround.
Backorders & Limited-Availability Items
Certain sizes, premium styles, or limited-run pieces may require additional preparation time. If a specific size isn't currently in our U.S. inventory, we may fulfill your order directly from our production facility to avoid unnecessary delays. If this applies to your order, we'll notify you by email with an updated timeline.
